Admin / Intake Fee
$50 one time
Covers registration and file setup before your first visit.
1 Hour Visit
$65/hr
Standard supervised visit, one child.
2 Hour Visit
$130
Two hour supervised session.
3 Hour Visit
$195
Three hour supervised session.
4 Hour Visit
$260
Four hour supervised session.
Recording
$35/recording
Recorded visit option in place of live supervision.
Additional Child
+$10/child
Added per extra child in the same session.
Payment is due at the time of booking. See the Pay Online section below to complete payment securely through Square.
Policies
This one time fee is non-refundable once your registration has been processed.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your visit for a full refund or a free reschedule.
Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed entirely, are not refunded. A $25 rebooking fee applies before scheduling another visit.
Sessions cancelled by My Super Visit, whether for illness, weather, or a safety concern, are fully refunded or rescheduled at no charge.
